Jan O'Hara
Managing Director
Jan O'Hara formed T@lecom Ltd in May
2002, with the aim of delivering a much-needed best of breed, cost effective wireless
solution to the transport and logistics industry. The solution, a real time proof
of delivery system, is Wireless Delivered™.
With more than 13 years of professional wireless experience, Jan
began his career as an engineer before advancing into sales. Headhunted by Hugo
International in 1997 and following the company's successful NASDAQ flotation
in 2000, Jan joined the team tasked with setting up Cerocom, a solutions business
specialising in the high growth market of wireless enabling technologies.
Having worked on GPRS technology since its inception, Jan has
a unique insight into the needs of the transport and telecoms markets and how to
best make the technology work.

Aiden Dermody
Sales Director
Aiden joined T@lecom as Sales Director in 2007 after an incredibly successful career
in sales dating back to the late 80’s. Most recently Aiden was the Sales and Marketing
Director (and one of the original shareholders) for Opal Telecom, now a wholly owned
subsidiary of The Carphone Warehouse Group.
During his 10 year employment he was responsible for driving sales revenue from
£8m to £350m, building a direct sales team 175 strong and developing a Channel proposition,
which turned Opal into a credible and profitable UK fixed line Carrier. His success
can be attributed to his desire to lead from the front while maintaining direct
day to day involvement in the running of the business.
Prior to Opal, Aiden was the Sales & Marketing Director at Norweb plc with direct
responsibility for creating and developing the commercial proposition to allow Norweb
to enter the telecommunications marketplace. During his four year post, Aiden drove
the revenue from a standing start to £24m.
