Klicka Courier has used technology to drive forward same-day delivery services
to meet competition head on. With the help of Microsoft partner T@lecom, the
company rolled out O2 Xda II devices, which run Microsoft Windows Mobile based
Pocket PC Phone Edition, to its drivers. A dispatch and control application
developed by T@lecom runs on the devices, and integrates with a vehicle tracking
system and satellite navigation.
